Zerorez is easy to schedule. The technician appeared on the date and time scheduled, and completed the cleaning within a 2 hour time frame. He was very helpful, and even went over an area to respray to remove odors.

Best carpet cleaning I have ever had and the staff shared their knowledge, experience/expertise to help me with future carpet issues. I have tried three other carpet cleaning companies. Zerorez is head and shoulders above the others. Their technician was meticulously careful in identifying and treating problems. The cleaning was done in half the time other companies took; and the results were amazing. A 20 year old wall to wall carpet appeared new after cleaning; and the drying time was about half of what I experienced with the other companies. On top of that, the cost was about the same.
The technician was on time and was curtious and polite. He did a great job sand was very helpful in moving things around in order to get the job done. My carpet was very clean when he finiished and the house smelled clean and I was very satisified.
