Austin was great and did a very good job! We know we had some bad stains and they looked they were completely gone when carpet was complete but now that everything is completely dry we are starting to see them again. Not nearly as bad as they were but we thought they were gone for good!

David was excellent- provided great customer service and got right to work. We were having a crisis with a sick dog the day he came and had to rush to the vet as he finished up so did not have a chance to discuss anything with him. definitely will use ZeroRez in future.

The crew at my home were very friendly. They called about 30 mins prior to say they are on the way. They were very careful when dragging in all their hoses and equip. I use Zerorez on my carpets, it was a no brainer sticking with a company I know and trust.

Services was awesome, the carpets looked amazing. The only issue I had was that I lent him a 3 prong plug adapter for his equipment (we live in an old house) and he took it with him.
