We starting using in Dallas after getting new carpet. Liked that it is not supposed to leave a residue and it really helped with allergies. We have been using it here in Sun City since the business came to the area. Did not seem to get carpets as clean as Dallas but we are now retired and walking on the carpet far more than when we were working so we thought that was a factor. That said, the tech who cleaned on Friday did the best job ever, we were very, very happy with the job he did.
