The carpet cleaner did such a great job. He was on time, and did the job in a timely manner. My dog practically ruined my carpet and he made it all clean and it looks like new and the dog urine smell is no more! The technician, Kaz, was polite and cleaned any wet spots on the floor before he left the house. The carpets were damp, but not wet. They were dry by the next day. I was very pleased that most of the bad stains came out. I was particularly pleased that some carpet stains made by a sick pet came out completely. Kaz was honest that the deep stains in high traffic areas may not completely come out, but the carpets were so much cleaner and fresh looking.
