Zero Rez did a great job! They were very thoughtful of my home and were in and out pretty quickly. My house smelt like a candy cane when they were done. Carpets were clean and fresh the next day just like new again.

We have used Zerorez many times, cleaning wool carpet throughout the ranch house. We live in the country and have a large dog, so the carpet gets clobbered. Paw prints, boot prints, and the occasional bone all show up on the light color. Zerorez removes all the stains, cleans everything beautifully, and at a very reasonable cost. All of their techs are skilled and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with. Valentino was here this time and he was great. Large dog loved him.

The technician that cleaned our carpet was extremely courteous. He called ahead and was able to arrive earlier than scheduled, due to a cancellation. Before he started cleaning, he made sure any questions or concerns I had were addressed. He got to work quickly and was able to get some coffee stains out of the carpet.

One of my favorite things about Zerorez is that the carpets are usually dry within a few hours, compared to traditional carpet cleaning we have had done that sometimes weren’t dry until the following day. I will definitely use Zerorez again!

I'll start with the ease of making an appointment. Not being a very tech savvy person, the online appointment system was simple. I'm a recently retired General Contractor so I'm guilty of being critical when it comes to being on time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The technician you choose to send to my home excided all of my expectations greatly, Trevor was polite and engaging, he didn't have to pause to answer any of my many questions. he treated my home and myself with great respect. The process which was employed to clean the filthy carpets was magical and the results blew me away. Trevor was so efficient no step was wasted; he finished precisely when he said he would. You sent a wonderful representee of your company, as a result I will be using Zerorez for all my carpet and the like cleaning, for which I will be requesting Trevor to perform. They smelled good, cleaned well, erased stains, and the service was grewt.

He did a really excellent job. He paid attention to my worries. It was much better than the last time I used you. However, it is possible he left his machine sitting on the rug while he used my upstairs bathroom. Possibly. If he asked I would have let him.. so it left a kind of white mark on the rug. And when the manager Michael came to ask him about protection for the carpet, he thought it was a warn mark. There was nothing wrong in the first place when I vacuum I hope everything will be fine. But I did already say no protection this time when I set up and scheduled. All in all, it was a good experience in the worker really did an awesome job. Thank you I will use you again.
