Great end result

They did a very good job and it took 3+ days to dry mainly based on the weather conditions (rain and cool). There were spots that came back and I think it is more likely when the carpet is wet that long. They were very willing to come back and the spots got recleaned. My tile needed some additional cleaning as it was a bit difficult to tell if the grout was clean when it was wet. They were very willing to come back to re-clean the places that needed it.
