I love that it is soap free! My carpets used to get dirty fast because of all the soap left in the carpets. (The “special water” gift is so appreciated…I use it for spot treatment.) Riley was our service person and was polite, fast and thorough! Best job ever. We will never have anyone other than Zerorez!

As much as I like the amazing job that is done I must admit what I love best is the work ethic and the dedication of every technician we have ever had come out. The most important part of the carpet cleaning process is the individual who provides the service. They must be strong, diligent, and determined to do a good job. Hilton Head Zero Rez is all of that and then some. They call you back quickly, get there on time, and do an amazing job. That is why I think they are the best and definitely a 10 out of 10 !

I recently had our vents cleaned by Zerorez. We worked with Isaiah and one other, I can't remember his name, and I can't recommend them enough! The level of service I received was outstanding. Isaiah was incredibly informative and walked me through every step of the process with professionalism. He was always willing to answer my questions. The friendly customer service made the experience even better.

Connor was very professional. He was on time and he gave me options to do an area rug.

We used zerorez to clean up after an extensive remodel in an office bath, lobby, shower and dressing rooms. The explanations of what was going on, what caused it to get that way, the tools and steady pace of the men all lead to a huge score on this review. My customer said the office noticeably smelled and looked better, and he had to deal with multiple comments on the change thru the day. We will be using zerorez again, and sooner than later. Really great crew and great management. Thanks guys!

First I would like to comment on the exemplary service that the agent provided. He was clear, extremely professional and demonstrated the highest degree of customer service.

Secondly, the work done was perfect! Not only did the carpet look great, but he accomplished the work in an efficient time frame.

Bob, our tech, was on time, polite, and good at explaining the proceedure, and very careful moving the hoses through the house. He worked diligently and seemed to take pride in his work. The carpet looks so much better, clean and fresh, no chemical oder. It did take a long time to dry. But Bob told us it would dry faster using fans.
