The technicians were prompt and very nice. No messing around. They came in and got the work done and before they left cleaned up after themselves and everything was spotless.

The guys were great and helpful, very friendly. The protected our wood floors and painted trim at the entry and upstairs, when they cleaned the carpet downstairs. Downstairs was berber carpet, which can take a while to dry, but it was dry the next day.

It was easy to make appointments, straightforward to view all the options, clear about the costs and the worker came on time and act professionally. Almost everything was good except for some minor improvements. The comparison photos can be better if send with labels of before and after side by side. Some of the photos are not very clear. The workers helps clean up with decent job. It is better to make us aware that the process will be quite dusty.

Your products get our carpet, clean without leaving soap residue. Damien did a terrific job, he was very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend this company.
