I very much appreciated how Richy went out of his way to explain everything to us. He showed us things on the carpet you can't even see unless using a blacklight. He put extra care into our "tougher to clean" areas, like our walking paths. Richy was professional, thorough, and provided a pleasant experience. I appreciate the quality of both product and service. The technicians doing the job in a small room with heavy furniture were flexible so that furniture could be moved to accommodate the cleaning. This required multiple visits. I appreciate their willingness to work with me. The only negative I have is that, when bringing large hoses and equipment into the house, the exterior door was slammed against the wall and the doorknob left a hole in that wall which will need to be addressed.

Yay! the huge chocolate milk stain was removed from the wool Berber carpet on my stairs. After some research, found that Zerorez was recommended by the wool carpet industry for safe stain removal. They use mild chemicals. Love it-- low toxicity, no chocolate milk stain all over my stairs, and no damage to the carpet!

I had ordered a separate carpet cleaning service that failed to get a number of stains out of the carpet. I contacted zerorez to inquire if they could get the stains out and improve the overall cleanliness. I was provided with quick feedback and the team made it easy to quickly book an appointment for the next day. My technician Cody was fantastic. Super friendly, transparent, and super good at his job. He came in the provided time window and gave me a heads up on his arrival. He quickly took care of the stains, and gave the carpets an improved cleaning, especially going over high traffic areas to enhance the quality of the carpet's condition. Cody also gave me a bunch of useful advise for future carpet cleaning need and tips for carpet care. I can highly recommend. Professional, friendly, and efficient.
