Josh did a very thorough job cleaning my carpets. He was very professional. I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and my carpet always looks dirty after it dries. Zerorez leaves the carpet almost completely dry and looking like new.

Initially the tech missed a small easily overlooked closet, but the company proved their integrity and came back to finish the job just two days later at no cost, and no hassle! The cleaning job he did on my carpets was amazing, all of the problem odors I have had in my home are gone and a thing of the past, he also was very efficient on timing, took the time to also mop and brush away any footprints he had left on any surface. He did level 1, 2, bio and brush treatments to 4 rooms, stairs and a hallway in just under 2 hours

I will definitely be requesting him from now on if I have the option to choose my technician!
