Vaughn Rea who cleaned my carpet on Saturday was outstanding!! He did a beautiful job job in cleaning my carpet!! He went the extra mile and did the entry ways to my bedroom and computer rooms leading off from my living room. He really scrubbed well leaving the worn areas and dirtier areas looking great!! He was truly a perfect gentleman, very respectful and caring! He explained what he was doing and gave great information about the steps of cleaning he was doing. He did check the air duct and saw it was ok. I have been keeping them pretty clean actually. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician! And when my carpet needs cleaning again, I hope Vaughn is able to do it!

Chris, my service tech did a great job on 18 tear old carpet with foot soil path. It came very clean to my surprise. It dried nicely, still feels soft on my feet. He also successfully cleaned a loveseat my husband practically lives in. Also well done. I gave them a 9 because I thought they were a little expensive. But…you get what you pay for.
