Great efficient and quick. This is the third or fourth time I’ve used them and they are pretty good. The techs are polite and go to work immediately. I have stairs and it’s a workout.
The products themselves are not that impressive once the carpet dries some of the dirt seems to reappears in some areas. That’s about 5-10% of the cleaning. I would have thought some of these areas would have lifted with the scrubbing the Tech was doing.

My technician was prompt, courteous and hard working. He did a great job.
The treatment was able to remove pet stains that had been unseen under the bed for possibly 5 years or more. Also ink stains were removed. The carpet is 17 years old and I was considering getting it replaced but decided to try cleaning as a less costly option, I'm glad I did, I think having it cleaned adds years to the life of the carpet.
The technician Chris was very knowledgeable about the services and products offered. He was very professional and did an amazing job. He also didn't pressure us to make upgrades to the service. I highly recommend Chris.
