The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I have always been pleased with their work.

They work extra hard on soiled areas until you are pleased with the results. My carpets are odler so I have them every 9 months.

The product did an excellent job on the carpet. Someone else had came in to clean probably two months prior couldn’t get the stains up zerorez came in and it’s completely clean very impressed with my rep Merick Davis I would highly recommend you ask for him to have your place clean very very aware of personal item and making sure all the furniture had plastic and little blocks underneath so it would not stain. Just wish there was a quicker way it would dry, but it’s clean and that’s what I really want

The technician, Joshua, who provided our carpet and tile/grout cleaning was excellent. He was very professional explaining the products and process in detail. He phoned ahead, arrived on time, and completed the tasks efficiently. I am so impressed with Zerorez that I plan to have my carpets and tile taken care of by Zerorez regularly.
