Quick response: they came the next day after I called. They were on time. Courteous and efficient. My carpets needed cleaning more than usual, especially in the hall. Now that area is back to light beige, like new. This is the second or third time I’ve used Zerorez and I plan to use them again.and their price is affordable.

Just WOW!!! Jose’ did an A~Mazing job on our tile and carpets!!! The tile came out beautifully💯 We can see our pretty grey grout again between our wood plank tiles…Love it!!! He took his time, got all of the edges. Then I don’t know how he got my teenagers carpet so clean😁 I thought I was going to have to replace it, until Jose’ worked his Zero Rez magic🤩 Thank you for taking such good care of our home!!!

You employees are always polite, and efficient. My carpet was cleaned sufficiently and thoroughly again!
I will say I am disappointed that your service vehicles are not equipped to go in snow! This IS Colorado, and there will be snow in the winter and vehicles need to be able to get up snowy driveways that are not always FLAT!
That notwithstanding, I am very happy with the work that Harry and Ryan did on my carpet, which had a stubborn blood stain!

Easy to book, professional and thorough team, carpet dried fast. Back to the team. Grant and Matthew was a level of attention to detail I don't think I've experienced in quite some time. And, you can tell by the way the carpets feel 24 hours later that no rez really means no residue left behind. We will be having them clean our carpets annually to extend their life and will be back to couch and chairs soon.
