The Representatives were very friendly and profession. They took care with my facilities and made sure that no damage occurred with any of the vent covers and furnace. They explained thoroughly how the whole process worked before beginning so I would understand. I was very satisfied with Zerorez service and also with their service crew.
I've used Zerorez many times at past residences and I've always been satisfied with both products and services. Here in Henderson, I just had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez and I was thoroughly impressed by the whole process - from the scheduling to the cleaning. The technician who cleaned our carpets (Richie) was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient.
Joseph was fantastic - he was incredibly nice and did a great job! He was in and out in under 2 hours despite us having a lots of spots that needed extra attention. I would have given a 10 but there was an issue with the arrival time.
Marcus and Angel were great! The situation that created the need to have the duct cleaning done was for a family that has had considerable challenges over the last few years that created a very serious and unhealthy environment for living. The Zerorez crew was incredibly caring and supportive, especially as they had to work around some areas in the home that had not yet been cleared. They were professional and kind - we would recommend this service and also want to emphasize how great Angel and Marcus were!
