Professional and effective cleaning

Easy scheduling, on time arrival, fast and efficient, helpful and friendly service. The carpets are thoroughly clean, bright and sparkling, softer to the touch, fast drying, and without any residue. The cost is worth it to me because the result is so good.

We have used Zerorez for many years. The technicians are always very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

That being said, we did have an issue with one of the rooms that was cleaned. We called on Thursday and they came out Friday and redid the room. This was the first time we have ever had a problem after many years of using them. We will still recommend them to everyone.

The Zerorez products and process is unlike any other carpet cleaning service ever used. It gets out deep old stains, carpets and house smells fresh not like chemicals and drying is very quick.
