The cleaning on the stairs was exceptional, something I’ve never experienced with past services. Additionally, the technician went above and beyond by cleaning up water left on the kitchen floor after the hose was removed, which was a nice surprise. I had Kevin S. from Zerorez Spokane come out on April 2, 2025, to clean our carpets, and he did an outstanding job! He spent about 4 hours tackling a huge project at our home in Rosalia—10 carpeted rooms (including oversized areas and offices), 2 closets, 18 stairs, and 8 tough urine spots from our dog. The total came to $1,254, which included a 3-room special, extra room charges, stair cleaning, and topical odor treatments. Kevin was thorough, professional, and clearly skilled at what he does. The carpets look brand new, and the pet odors are completely gone! He even threw in a free air duct inspection. For the price and the level of service, it was an incredible value. Kevin’s hard work and friendly attitude made this a 5-star experience—I’d highly recommend him and Zerorez to anyone!
