Carpet is clean when finish. That is not always the case when I’ve used other company’s. The carpet is not saturated, taking forever to dry. Good job Zerorez!!

Quick, Friendly and courteous.

I like the idea of not using soaps. Service was easy to schedule and quick. I didn’t think charging an extra 20 dollars to do a small walk in closet ( floor area 5 x 1.5 feet was appropriate considering in the bedrooms the area being cleaned was less than the allowed square footage due to only the exposed areas ( where there were no furniture) being cleaned.
