What could use improvement is scheduling of pick up’s and drop offs based upon need.
Far too often what we ask for are more than we need and the count of bottles keeps adding up. There is no simple way to pause service or conduct a pick up of old bottles.
As a potential solution- add a service on your website where old fill bottle pick up could occur (as part of regular service) by requesting a specific number of full bottles to pick up.
Friendly and accommodating staff. My deliveries are punctual and the delivery person is always respectful of my property!
I love having fresh water for my home and it’s delivered!! No going to a store just for them to be out of water jugs.

I have had Culligan water softener for almost 10 years and the service has been ok but in the last year or so it has improved greatly. Whenever, I have an issue they sent a service tech right away. The last service technician (Eddy) was the most knowable of all. He performed the yearly cleaning service quickly and efficiently.
I like the fact that when I call with a problem, it’s solved quickly! And also I don’t have to worry about doing any maintenance on it myself.
Delivery guys are great especially Ryan.
