They came out on the day and time they said they would. The installer called me made sure I was going to be here and the time he would be here to work. He explained everything to me and with my order he had to work with new part and he explained why and cost before he put them in. The installer was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He spent all day installing everything i needed to have the water softener to work at its highest performance.
Salt delivery service is really convenient for the small up charge in a bag of salt. They deliver it put it into my salt bin leave two extras and take away the old bags.
The older I got I don’t want to be hauling salt bags down my basement stairs.

It’s been great! The times I’ve met the delivery drivers they’ve been very friendly. I’ve only ever needed to call when we need to request an extra jug for our service period. We’ve had the service for over 7 years, now, and it’s convenient and awesome.
