Works well on the hard water in the area. And the tech helped explain the system to me.
We have soft water for 46 years from Culligan and plan to keep it. We have to have the tank replaced every two weeks and the current delivery driver is always on time within an hour.
The water is now soft, and the quality of service has been very good. Ed was especially helpful throughout the process.
