Raheem was our technician for our home in the Leesburg VA area and he arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job on all of our carpets! We had a number of bad stains from coffee, magic marker, paint, makeup, and that slime material the kids all play with these days, and 98% of these were removed completely! We really appreciate the company and its attention to details. The communication and customer service is excellent. Again, thank you to Raheem for doing such a great job! Jarett Franklin went above and beyond with my carpet cleaning! My steps and pantry carpets were in really bad shape, and I honestly didn’t think they could look this good again — but Jarett worked his magic and completely brought them back to life. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and full of great energy. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers’ satisfaction. Fantastic job! Our carpets have never been so clean! We especially liked that the treatments for high traffic areas and pet spots worked beautifully. We also liked the fresh scent of the treatment products and they did NOT give me a headache. The technicians were professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. The lead technician kept us informed of their progress, what they were applying, and answered all my questions. Our carpets dried quickly and after a quick vacuum looked, smelled and felt fabulous. The response time was so prompt, they came at the beginning of the window of time that was given so I wasn’t left waiting around, the carpet was cleaner than I expected, it dried fast, and the technician was personable and professional. Plus, it was less expensive than the competition I called for price checks! I really have no complaints at all and would use them again!

As far as the services they perform, they did an excellent job however, the second time they came out, they quoted me one price to clean my sectional and ended up doing an additional treatment for odor and didn’t ask me therefore they billed me an additional $60 which I would not have Agreed to. I am on a tight budget right now as I’m moving to Texas this week and beginning my retirement.

None of the stains came out, and especially not the coffee. Stairs and area rug look the same as before. I'm sure he tried his best.
But the biggest disappointment is that the price quoted over the phone was not the price I paid, which was higher. The tech said they repeatedly undercharged me in the past, that they were giving me a deal. So...is that deal dependent on who comes out to clean my rugs? Perhaps I was given a deal because I've been a loyal customer. You just lost my loyalty.
