This was our second time using your services and we would highly recommend. Technician was on time, thorough and explained the options and why would should add them to our service. No pressure in adding, but gave us valid reasons and so we added them.
Have mentioned to our realtor as well as the realtor we were renting from. They were all amazed at how the carpets looked. Have also recommended to friends. Our new place has only hardwood so we might not need services at the moment, but will also remember if we do.

Booking over the phone was efficient. The technician came on time, even a little early. The small rug cleaning in the van took a half-hour or less. The rug dried over night and looks fresh and new.

The man who serviced our home was kind and efficient. But I did feel he came in with a strong plan to voice a smell issue before even entering. It got to a point that it was borderline insulting. Our home is beyond clean and empty of furniture. On a professional level, I feel he could have sold the $60 PER ROOM (I was under the impression that it was only an additional $60 to our 414.) if he was more patient and direct. II would NEVER have chosen 6spaces. He would have had a much more satisfied customer if he allowed me to think it over and pick a couple rooms. Over 700 is outrageous

Most of our technicians do not have animals so are easily able to identify more smells when it comes with clients' pets. As far as pricing and we are talking about 1 room yes, it would have been $60.00 if the technician and you are talking about multiple spaces it is additional. Extremely professional and provided us with information that we previously had not been aware. Our sofas and chair should be dry cleaned, which they did. The technician carefully read the furniture tags. The results were wonderful.

I have used you many times but this time i was so dissapointed by the service i received they complained i had to many steps almost let my cat out and left the cat puke and laundry detergent stains still remaining . And carpet was dry . I used them for many years . They lacked customer service
