I was never told to vacuum the carpets before this cleaning. After the cleaning, the cleaners said it would dry in 24hrs and that one way to speed up the process would be to turn the fan on or open a window. Why didn't you tell me that before cleaning the carpet, I had to walk across the carpet while it was still wet and open the windows.

Great communication and excellent service. Tech did a great job. Arrived a little early which worked out better for me. They were able to fit me in on short notice. They were referred to me by a commercial customer of theirs who also thinks they are great. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Jarrett did a great job cleaning our carpets. This is the second time we have had Jarrett clean our carpets and definitely plan to use him again. Carpets are noticeably cleaner with a pleasant smell and dried very fast.

The carpet cleaner showed up one and a half hours late on a Saturday afternoon.
While he called to forewarn me, it did negatively impact my evening calendar.
But I had no alternative other than to accept the delay since my apt move out was Monday and could not reschedule.
I should have been offered a discount.

Technician was very knowledgeable, personable, fast & efficient, easy to talk to, addressed every problem area keeping me informed of required special cleaning needs - every stain disappeared. Result was unbelievable as carpet looks new throughout whole house. Carpet dried in under 4 hours. No smell after cleaning!!!

He didn't take the time to clean everything very good. He did so fast that didn't took not even 10 minutes. I have camares and you can see He was just passing vacuum not cleaning slow how supposed to do it. I will not hired this company again .

Carpets took 2 days to dry and were not as clean as I expected.
Not worth the money. Carpets still stained and don't look cleaned. The cleaning didn't even take out the compressed fibers from where I had area rugs. The tech was a great person but the equipment he had to work with just couldn't do the job. How to make things right? Refund my money.

The carpet stain I was concerned about didn't come out with the first attempt. The next day the stain reappeared.
When the second technician, Alex, worked on it, the stain was gone !

The guy that came was super nice but I can still smell the cat pee. I don’t think the stuff they spray or use is strong enough. Maybe slow down and work the one section that had pee….about 30 to 45 minutes for entire basement and stairs seems quick. But I think he was nice!

The good: excellent communication from HQ as to arrival estimates and broken truck resolution status.
The stairs turned out okay/clean despite the rush job he did on them.-treads only, not the risers.
The family room carpet also turned out okay, not as well as I expected.
There’s only two of living in this house and we don’t wear shoes inside. The carpet on the stairs and the family room are only 3 years old.
Not so good:
(1) within minutes of arriving, Alex clearly said he could give special attention to a small high traffic area for a tip. I told him I expected him to do a good job based on what I was quoted and the tip issue should not factor in before the work even begins.
(2) within minutes of starting, the system in the truck broke down and Alex was speaking on the phone to a colleague as to what fix to try. Failing, he had to return to NOVA to have it fixed. Meantime, the chemical cleaner he sprayed on the carpet is evaporating, and he never re-sprayed when he later returned.
(3) Alex returns between 3-4 hours later and is obviously flustered and frustrated about losing hours of time. He’s obviously in a hurry and all previous cautions of laying a towel on the hardwood floor and wearing street shoe protectors were abandoned. I watched him yank
his cleaning hose around the corner of a wall and later found white paint flakes on the floor from the gouges he left behind.
(4) The chair I paid $100 was not worth the money. It looks about the same, even after he hurriedly re- cleaned it.
(5) overall, the time he spent actually cleaning was Very brief, probably 45 minutes max.
(6) It’s inappropriate to ask the customer to complete the satisfaction review on the workers phone app while he’s overseeing me.
I gave him a $20 tip because I felt bad for him losing hours and was sympathetic to his frustration. It was not because he did a good job.
I will leave a Google review reflecting my true overall opinion.
I was too much for less than a great cleaning job.
