I do not feel like the two chairs I had cleaned were done well. They still had some dirt spot and smelled like dog. The tech who came was very polite. He said there must have been miscommunication when I booked because he didn’t have the deodorizer, however I did feel like I made it clear I wanted the chairs cleaned and deodorized when I made the appointment.

The prices for the service were extremely high. I got the protector at the end, and was alarmed to see the price for a tiny spray bottle of something being sprayed on the carpet. The carpet stains did not come out (I knew they wouldn't), but the prices for a couple hours of work was very high, even with coupons/deals added.

I’m not sure whose fault it is but there was a disconnect. I think sending something telling the customer what they will be paying for after they set up their appointment would help. That way they can double check and be sure before having to pay. I asked if this company drains the water from below the carpet and I was told that’s what you do. When the guy came to my place he said he was unaware of that and was only told to clean the carpet, 2 rooms. I didn’t even know I paid for 2 rooms because I only needed a spot cleaned in one room. I lost almost $300 because we never spoke about 2 rooms but he was told I paid for 2 rooms and then he didn’t do the main thing I was asking for. Nonetheless he did an amazing job actually cleaning the carpet and was very professional. I just think there could have been more dialect on what I was being charged for. When I spoke to them to set up the appointment I said it was a small spot in one room and I needed the water drained from beneath the carpet and then the carpet cleaned. I don’t get how I paid for two rooms and then end up not getting the stuff underneath the carpet drained which was the biggest thing I needed done. The guy tried his best and I do appreciate how understanding he was.

The guy was great and my house smells great, but there were dog drool stains that were new on my couch which he thought were there the last time he cleaned but they definitely weren’t. I was able to get the stains out after he left with just water, vinegar, dish soap and baking soda. So needless to say I was a bit disappointed after all the money I spent to be able to get them clean with things I already had in my house

When I made an appointment I said there are many spots but two big ones. These were food spots. I was told that the company has many spot treatment products. I believe the solid spot was not treated long enough and likely the area should have been done twice or three times for the spot to come out. Or potentially treated with different spot removal solution. I am a chemist and frankly all spots are cleanable but it takes the time and equipment and the solution. In addition, doing things fast it’s not a way to treat spots. Rather that is making money by providing poor service. This was more like a fast shampoo of the carpet. Not what I was paying for.

The system you use and pet treatment etc. as well as your technicians. I do not like your set rate for areas however. This makes people not want to call you back out since there cost can be higher on a job due to the area. Not fair to returning clients

I recently had my couches cleaned and Luis did a fantastic job. In addition to that, he was polite, courteous, and answered all my questions. When you ask about what I like about your products and services, it really comes down to the people you employee. They make all the difference and Luis provided an overall great experience. Please make sure he is recognized and rewarded in some way. I will definitely be calling on Zerorez again in the fall for some carpet cleaning.

They came out next day, cleaned 3 rooms, the hallway, and the stairs in about an hour. Looks great, smells better. Stairs are still wet two days later, but overall great job. We originally got the basic clean, but we were upsold when the cleaner got here to include odor remover/high trafiic cleaning.

I was disappointed in the results of cleaning the tile in my bathroom and my kitchen floor. Perhaps I expected too much as both were in bad shape. Scheduling the visit was also more difficult than it should have been.
