Service representative was very respectful and thorough. Although unsuccessful, he tried very hard to remove dog urine stains from my carpet. Other areas of rug were clean and looked good.

The carpet was extremely wet after this cleaning....much more so than the two previous times your team cleaned our same carpet previously. I had to wipe the carpeted stairs with towels to sop up the water, and it took twice as long (more than 48 hours) for the rest of the carpet to dry with multiple fans on it and the A/C cranked up.
The technician was extremely professional and nice, so no complaints there. I just wonder if he had been trained properly.
We've had great experiences previously with Zerorez previously.

The carpets were very wet when the cleaner was finished. Three days later I still feel damp places. After vacuuming the rugs today it appears most of the previous spots are still there. When I contacted Zerorez about the wet carpet no one came out to check. They were very pleasant as was the tech but haven’t gotten any feedback. In general the rugs look good except the spots didn’t come out

Everyone we spoke to was great and even the gentleman who cleaned our carpets. Unfortunately the actual carpet didn’t seem cleaner. It wasn’t softer and a wear area looked the same after cleaning. It okay, not sure I’ll do it again.

I spoke with the technician regarding a concern- He refused to take action. I waited to see if the issue would resolve- it did not. I called team management with a concern about my service. I left multiple messages. I never received a call back-
We are entering 48hrs after cleaning and the carpets are still damp (previously very wet). There is a significant residue on all the carpet (even dry areas)
The refusal to return calls and address concert is disappointing. The quality and type of the service provided by Zerorez has declined over the past years.

I had Zerorez come and clean my 4th floor rental apartment shortly after I moved in. I honestly don't the carpets had EVER been cleaned before. With Zerorez, they changed the carpets from dark brown to light grey. I'm so happy I had my carpets cleaned!! The air smells cleaner and overall I'm in a much healthier environment. I literally tell my roommate 5 times a day how happy I am we had our carpets cleaned. 10/10 would recommend!!

My carpets don’t look any cleaner than before my cleaning. This was my 2nd service from Zerorez. This last clean doesn’t begin to compare with the results from the first one. The tech was friendly and considerate. Just didn’t get a comparable result.
