I have used Zerorez three times. I've used them to clean my sofa, wall to wall carpeting and area rugs. They have always given me excellent service and the cleaning quality has been excellent too.

We were very pleased with the professionalism that Luis showed as he cleaned our carpet, and his explaining the bill prior to doing any of the work, his thoughtfulness and his courtesy. Our carpet looks wonderful, and it was reassuring that cleaning the carpet would not negatively effect the hardwood floors underneath. We appreciated the phone call letting us know when he would be arriving. The young lady on the phone when i called to make the appointment was informative, very nice and helpful.

I don’t think your tech knew how to use the equipment the carpet was soaked and dirty water was left on the stairs.Alco stains remained.

Professional, conscientious to ensure the best job is done. Arrived on time, and floors like the day I bought vs the 16 yrs of wear that was embarrassing. There expertise is far none and I could not have imagined the end runt would be so stellar. Count me as return customer!

Mostly that they used purified water from their truck with no chemicals and they did a great job cleaning my carpets and adding protective additive.

I was told after asking several times that the cleaning solution used was natural and "green" clearly this is semantic garbage you all do for marketing purposes. Sure it's my fault for not reading and looking up every single ingredient on the Enzymatic cleaner prior to it being used, but also I shouldn't have to. Clearly this is a scumbag company and I will be leaving negative reviews about your awful marketing practices along with photos of the cleaning solutions you all use and how they are the farthest thing from natural and "green". I have two infants at home and the chemicals in your solution can cause respiratory issues the "un-duz-it" cleaner. We had to stay somewhere else for several hours after your tech came by because the air was so thick it gave us all a headache after a few minutes. I hope you all have good insurance because its only a matter of time before this irresponsible business practice gets someone hurt.

This process is effective even on bad oily stains.

Technicians are professional.

The tech who provided the service was exceptional. You have a gem with Jose. He worked really hard to remove the stains on my carpet. Most came out but unfortunately, the one that most concerned me, did not come out. It was somewhat better but still there.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. There was some dirt on a couch after the cleaning and then came right back and cleaned it off. Would use them again.

Technician did a great job. But charging $90 for a small traffic area wasn’t pleasant!

The Technician was VERY friendly.

The carpets appeared to be clean but there are a few areas aren't as clean as they could be. The carpets were left VERY wet, to the point that water would squish up out of the pad/carpet and up between our toes. We needed to use several bath towels to soak up the water in multiple areas. I have had three 20" fans blowing for 24hours straight, a large home dehumidifier running, and the carpets are finally drying out. We have dumped 6 gallons from the dehumidifier in 24 hours.
The house smells musty and dank like dirty water, so we had to open the windows to help air out the smell.
Finally, there is a film/residue left on the carpets that we can feel on our feet after walking on the carpet. The filmtransfers to our hardwood floor, making that dirty and needing to be mopped.

We understand the carpets will be wet for a while after the cleaning but that seemed excessive. We heard good things and read great reviews about the service, but we were left disappointed with the result.

We are unclear what an appropriate resolution would be. I would suggest another cleaning/rinsing of the carpet but not sure if the result would be the same.

You are on time always, you efficiently do your job, your personnel are friendly and courteous, my carpets are cleaned and refreshed. All of these occurrences make me happy and I am usually inspired to take on other cleaning tasks.
