Since the carpets were cleaned, I continue to find splatter on the bottoms of the walls and furniture. Additionally, we had a minor spill a couple weeks after the carpets were cleaned and I used a small carpet cleaner to clean it up. The water came up black, which tells me that the carpets weren't cleaned well at all by Zerorez a couple weeks prior. Lastly, on multiple occasions during the quoting and booking stages, I mentioned that the primary bedroom was oversized. Yet, when the cleaners arrived, they told us it would be even more money...I think it was about $60-70 more than expected. Between these three issues, primarily the first two, I'm very disappointed with the quality of service from Zerorez.

The scheduling staff is able to provide a general estimate based off the information provided. If an area is large in size the technicians let customers know and communicates any additional pricing once the walk-thru is completed.
They use their own distilled water that doesn’t have the chemicals tap water does, and the technicians have always done an outstanding job.
Part of why we chose ZeroRez was because of the process advertised, but that is not what we got. Apparently, things can be different from franchise to franchise, but then the national website should not be advertising as such.
The tech seemed nice and accommodating and certainly did a lot of work and took the time, but I was under the impression that all areas would automatically be pre-treated with the agitator based on the company website. We also chose this company because their process was supposed to use less water and dry quicker than steam cleaning. The rugs were SOAKED and we were told it would take 8-24 hours to dry--which is longer than steam cleaning!
In fact, the rugs were not dry within 48 hours and that was WITH ceiling fans and floor fans running AND a dehumidifier during VERY LOW outdoor humidity days. I am highly concerned that this aggravated my mold allergy. So though I liked the tech and he seemed to try to do a thorough job, I am not happy that the service was not as advertised. This wasn't the best for removing dirt from stairs either. At least the floors have no residue (except maybe mold!)
To make it right, I really don't know. Clean the stairs? Tell me why the rugs were so soaked?

If a customer denies high traffic treatment on staircases or other parts of the home that would be considered a basic cleaning. We have a 30 day workmanship we offer. We would be happy to come out and send a senior technician to take a look at those concerned areas.
Cleaning and sealer did not reveal expectations I was hoping for. Technician was very courteous and polite. His workmanship was great. The sealer applied to tile grout did not seem to seal though. After 1 week, the grout had started to absorbed dirt/liquids, slowly turning that ugly color it was previously. Moping is not restoring appearance.
Possibly change sealer product, and/or application process?
Great cleaning job as usual. We have annual cleaning for the major holidays. Have never had a bad experience. Will continue to use this company for all carpet and floor maintenance.

Overall the carpets and sofa look much better after being cleaned. I do notice that some of the more stubborn stains are not as clean as they could be. I feel that they should have been pretreated, scrubbed and possibly gone over with the steam cleaner again. Thanks.

Our pre-treat helps break up debris in your carpet as we are cleaning. During your walk through with the technician you declined stain removal on those particular areas. Was not cleaned as thoroughly as I thought

They were prompt - asked about extra services like mold/mildew cleaning when I told them of water damage and the guys that picked up and delivered by rugs were very polite, prompt and set up each rug

Tech was very fast is doing cleaning . Sides of the stairs were not cleaned properly . Carpet never looked like shampoo washed .

The closet should be included when you are paying to get your bedroom carpet cleaned. The bedroom has furniture that takes up much of the area in the room, so to do a few passes in the closet should be included since. Was told that would be an extra room charge.
