Had our carpets cleaned and they didn’t look clean after they finished. A agent called in regards of my first review, and had someone re clean the carpets. The carpet cleaners came back to only take pictures of the floors and did not re - clean the concerning spots and provided a statement of it’s the time of carpets you have and we can charge you a fee to re clean. Wonder what was the point of coming back if you weren’t going to do anything. So, I took my $90 carpets cleaner and got the spots up they said l, they couldn’t clean the type of carpet. Poor excuse. I have pictures of my cleaning vs theirs!! Stay away find a reputable company that is going to stand by their work. 0 stars for zerorez!!

It was quick service keeping me informed on progress throughout the visit. Crew was professional and easy to work with.

My initial attraction to ZEROREZ was heard in an ad on WMAL, 105.9 Radio, three years ago. I gave Zerorez a try and used them since for my carpet cleaning cleaning needs. I am glad I did.
We are empty nesters, although we have a furry friend that lives with us. It is because of our dog, that we need carpet cleaning and deodorizing annually. Our furry friend has had accidents and leaves behind stains and odors on our wall to wall carpeting on our second floor.
Presently, our wall to wall carpeting is only on our second floor, where the master bedroom, hallway, sunroom, and staircase, that leads upstairs and downstairs, are located. After three years of professionally cleaned carpeting, by Zerorez, our spots and smells are gone and our doggie is banned, or restricted, stepping paw on our second story, including the stairs leading to the second floor!

Protect hardwood floors from the hose and equipment. Communicate better up front about optional additional costs at the estimate stage. I was very annoyed a $500 estimate went to $640 for not that much effort.

The technician was terrific!

But...sadly, I had to call day of to confirm the service window. No call was received the day before as advertised. Also, the carpets were in nowhere close to dry within 4-8 hours. I'm now 36 hours post-service and they are still wet - even with floor and overhead fans/air conditioning on full blast. Finally, the carpets themselves are below average and not as clean expected. Overall, I would not reschedule.

Luis was prompt and courteous. I called, they got out to my place and performed the services. Best money nnmmm I ever spent t. My pet's safety is so important, and I felt they really paid attention to the nnmmm pet "issues".

The carpet looks like the same. The spot even with spot treatment is the same as before. They tried to move our appointment so many times to donit early, we received at least 4 phone calls regarding moving the schedule.
Beside thta, the second carpet that we plan to do it using the 200$ pf minimum fee was biger that expected, they were asking $88 additional because of that… so just one room with the same spot at this moment was $200.

I specifically booked Zerorez due to the non-toxic claim. I have two small children under 3 years old and am very concerned about exposure to chemicals and fragrances, especially on the areas I got cleaned as they are our most used (our couch and area rug.) We are sitting on these all day. I was assured multiple times, the cleaning was non-toxic and the reviews I read said that there was no smell. However, it's been a day and a half and our house still smells so bad like chemicals! I have had every window open, the air on, and an air purifier. I'm so upset because I feel like I ruined our rug/couch with the smell and now there is nothing I can do about it. They weren't even stained or anything, they have just never been cleaned and I thought it would be nice, I should have left them alone!
