The carpet cleaning was OK. However, when I talked with the technician, I told him to come and evaluate whether he could use the external hose from below our balcony. He, however, said he had to rent the manual cleaning machine before arriving, so he did have to go out afterwards. At the end, he used the external hose but I still had to pay the $100.00 rental even though he did not have to use it. So, basically, I lost that extra fee. Next time, your technicians should do better to save cost for customers.

We have an oversized sectional sofa which your employee, Rodney, cleaned on Monday, October 22, i was so impressed with how hard he worked on it and, after the sofa had dried, it was beautiful again. We have 6 grandchildren with 3 dogs that they bring while spending time with us, and this sectional was very dirty from all of the use! He also cleaned the carpets in 3 bedrooms and the stairs which also all turned out beautifully. Rodney worked exceptionally hard all afternoon, and he needs to be commended for doing such a good job.

The service tech was wonderful. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He cleaned a foam mattress, and also cleaned dining room upholstered chairs during the appointment. He did a nice job and we would use Zerorez again.

The technician showed up on time and ready to work. He was very professional and finished the entire job in a short amount of time. The carpets look great and smell fresh and there is no residue to attract dirt. My carpet is pretty old but now it looks almost new. It's a little pricey but in my opinion, well worth it. I highly recommend Zerorez and I will be using them exclusively in the future.

Did an okay job. I didn’t want a scent lingering, so I think some solution may have been eliminated from the cleaning, which in turn it was just a so so job. Not too impressed. I wasn’t aware the solution wouldn’t be used until after the job was complete.

We used Zerorez’s services twice, first rime to clean area rugs and a year later for cleaning our wall to wall carpets in the whole house. The area rugs looked like new, so we called to make an appointment for the carpets. Technicians were polite, on time and did an excellent job.

The technician that came out was very polite, on time and did a great job. The company overall was very good to do business with. You can't ask for more than that.

We have been using Zerorez for years now. This time the carpets appeared to be left more wet than normal, and it took more than 24 hours to dry. We also were very disappointed that the service truck did not have the electric drum brush on it, because we feel that the brush really helps to revive and clean the carpet.

The initial quote was $235, but when the technician arrived, they requested additional funds due to the oversized master bedroom and walk-in closet. Although it was an unexpected charge, I agreed to it at the time (have no idea what’s their definition of standard size). Ultimately, I ended up paying $399 for the cleaning of all the bedrooms. The technician only spent overall 30 minutes on the job, including grabbing from the car and setting up the cleaning equipment and the pipe. After they completed the job, the wet carpet looked nearly the same as when they arrived. Response to my complain, the technician said this was because my carpet is old and damaged. How frustrated this is! If that’s the case, why they didn't mention this before starting the cleaning process! Completely not worth $399!
