I have been a long time custormer of ZeroRez and they have always done a wonderful job cleaning my carpets along with cleaning the grout on my kitchen and bathroom floors. You would never know the ceramic tile is over 20 years old! The technicians are very knowledgeable and answer any questions I may have. I also like the fact that the products do not contain any harmful chemicals.
