How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet looks like the same. The spot even with spot treatment is the same as before. They tried to move our appointment so many times to donit early, we received at least 4 phone calls regarding moving the schedule.
Beside thta, the second carpet that we plan to do it using the 200$ pf minimum fee was biger that expected, they were asking $88 additional because of that… so just one room with the same spot at this moment was $200.

When we see available openings that make the route more efficient for the technician's on a day to day basis; yes we reach out to see if you would like to proceed with that particular day. The $88 dollar cost was the cost of your synthetic area rug that means your minimum charge fee would of came off and the $88 dollar fee for cleaning would of replaced this. When it comes to stains in the fiber that is hard to determine we are unsure how long the spot has been there and what it is caused by as explained from customer service when initializing your appointment. We have our 30 day workmanship satisfaction as we aim to please our clients.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I specifically booked Zerorez due to the non-toxic claim. I have two small children under 3 years old and am very concerned about exposure to chemicals and fragrances, especially on the areas I got cleaned as they are our most used (our couch and area rug.) We are sitting on these all day. I was assured multiple times, the cleaning was non-toxic and the reviews I read said that there was no smell. However, it's been a day and a half and our house still smells so bad like chemicals! I have had every window open, the air on, and an air purifier. I'm so upset because I feel like I ruined our rug/couch with the smell and now there is nothing I can do about it. They weren't even stained or anything, they have just never been cleaned and I thought it would be nice, I should have left them alone!

We use an oxidized water to clean with that means no worries about chemical build up or residue being left behind when you use our service. Their were no treatments on your order and our water cleans itself, no toxic chemicals. This is what makes us different vs other companies.

Arrived an hour late but done on time and the carpets look beautiful. I was disappointed there was a stain he could not remove. I had higher expectations, but it was still worthwhile.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My husband and I were not happy with the overall look of our hardwood floors after the job was done. Luis was very nice but we were not informed that there was a deep clean option for the floors. Even the Ceramic tile still has dirt in the floors. Looks like it was overlooked. We were told to the hardwood floors would be very shiny. However, after staying off the floors for required 6 hours. Areas of the floors looks smudgy and we couldn't see a big difference for the price we paid. So no I will not be recommending Zerorez to my family & Friends. Our house is on the market and will be having an Open House and walk throughs next week, so we were had really hoped to make a good first impression.

All flooring is different along with the air circulation for the drying process. The cleaning itself takes 6-8 hours for drying. When adding polish it takes 24-48 hours to dry and takes about 30 days to fully cure. We have our 30 day workmanship satisfaction. Looking forward to speaking with you soon.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I never write negative reviews but this time I had to write to aware people before booking with Zerorez.

We had Zerorez come over last Friday and we were very happy with the technician and the service. After a day when the carpets got dried we noticed some red spots and a few other spots pop up on the cleaned carpet, those spots were not there before. Since we were told multiple times that we are charged more so that we can come back within 30 days should we see any spots that came back or if we were not satisfied with the service.
So on Monday morning I called them and asked if they could come to just treat those spots and I said we're flexible, you can come any day and time when your technician is in the area. 

I was told to send pictures and then the next day Dawn calls me telling me that their senior technician, Luis, says those spots were already there, if they were already there then why wasn't I told by Luis (our technician) after the cleaning that he couldn't get these spots off?  These appeared after the carpets got dried. I was like that's not true and wanted to have him come over and look me in the eye and tell me if that's true. I also said to let me talk to him since he did our service. Dawn didn't let me talk to him and said we cannot do anything about it, I said you guys told me that you have charged extra to cover up for 2nd time service should there be need and now you're telling me you won't come for the spots that weren't there before? I'm appalled by their behavior and  unprofessionalism. I went with them seeing so many positive reviews and I was also going to give them a 5 star rating had they kept their word and cleaned my carpet properly.
