I am usually very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. This time I was disappointed on two issues. The first issue is that we had a recliner chair cleaned. Today we realized that the three seams in the seat were not cleaned. This chair was in the apartment with cats, and the seams were full of kitty litter that had fallen off of their paws. Also, I found out that Zerorez no longer uses the special brush that has additional agitators for a deeper clean. My son-in-law had advised me that you have to ask for this to be used. I forgot to mention this when they started and it was never mentioned to me by Zerorez - both during the scheduling nor when they arrived to do the cleaning. I don't think the results are as good as they were before when this was the default tool used.

I love the process they use for cleaning carpets...using just water, the carpets feel really clean with no residue. Without the residue, they seem to stay cleaner longer. They are also able to get out stubborn stains. They send out professionals who are pleasant to work with and know the best methods to remove stains and clean the carpets.
