What do you like about our products and services?

All-in-all great experience, with one big exception of scheduling.
Services were scheduled to start between 8:30a and 10a. Received a call explaining a mechanical issue with the Van and possible delays. Couple of hours later, got another phone call notifying that the Van is non-functional, and that somebody will visit my place in the evening.
I had taken half a day of (first past) to ensure my availability in the home. So, that was disappointing. Eventually a technician arrived at 4:30 pm.

With that out of the way... positives below.

Joshua was extremely polite and professional, and did a great job with the cleaning.
Dawn was very helpful in scheduling, and kept us abreast about the schedule changes as things evolved. Really happy with both of them, and appreciative of their professionalism.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician, Luis was timely for the appointment, calling 15 minutes in advance to tell me he was on the way. He reviewed the areas to be cleaned, suggested additive for high traffic areas which was a great idea. We are so pleased with the end result and would recommend Zerorez very highly.

What could we do to improve?

We are very happy with the service, our rugs look as new. However, we were told ( when the rugs were picked up) that they will be returned in 3 to 5 days, as in fact it took 7 days. Maybe because it was raining and they did not dry fast enough.

The person who came was very professional and did a great cleaning service. My carpets look much better. He suggested a few upgrades but I declined them because it was beyond my budget. He did a good job regardless.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

For the amount of money we were charged, the carpet was crunchy in texture once dried, there is still a smell to some of the carpet, and once I vacuumed the carpet after drying, i had to empty the vacuum four times there was so much debris. I do not understand why there was so much debris in the carpet after it had just been cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

They cleaned our 5 bedrooms, hallway and stairs very quickly. I wasn't 100% thrilled honestly. The carpet felt stiff afterwards and still has a odor to it. we just purchased our home and after the cleaning we learned the prior owners had dogs in the home. If we knew that prior to arranging our cleaning we would have chosen the pet odor upgrade. I would recommend them and use again in the future.
