What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez offers a variety services for carpeting and tile. Their prices are competitive and best part is you get top notch cleaning for the cost.

The service technicians are always friendly and very professional in the way they complete your service.

Zerorez has been my preferred carpet cleaning service since 2016 and will continue to be so for the future.

Really good technician, Will. Came and explained everything and yes, up-sold me a bit but the results were phenomenal. Looks like a whole new space. Highly recommend. Smells great, looks great. Much cleaner.

What could we do to improve?

Wear booties over shoes. Try to keep door closed as much as possible during cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I guess we should’ve pulled the sofa away from the wall to have the back done. He did the back of the sectional where it was not against the wall. But could’ve easily pulled the sofa from thrall to clean the back, or even the sectional. Was it our fault for not pulling them away from the wall?

We do not want to harm our technicians We have tried multiple times to reach you. Honestly I was just disappointed that I paid for a service where I could have gotten the same results with a Bissell.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Suggested very expensive deodorizer at $200, I said no so the carpet had no smell. I am wondering if it was just water. The carpet unless I prespotted it was not clean.
I am having you come out.
The carpet still had some oder in one room, so possibly not cleaned entirely either.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You have an ad that stated $149.00 with an asterik for 3 rooms. I had my basement done (less than 3 rooms) and stairs. and the total came out to $298.00 with a discount because I complained of the cost. The technician came late and overall did a good job and was in a hurry to leave. Did not tell me post care on the carpet. Too expensive. Your ads are misleading. $50.00 to ad scent to the rug? I will go somewhere else after this.
