Prompt, respectful, polite, reasonably priced - support family-owned businesses!!! Always a great job.
One 'hiccup' this time - when doing the downstairs, the large hose was moved a scraped up against the freshly painted trim/frame of the downstairs basement doorway. Marred up the frame - will have to go back and sand/repaint this prior to going live on MLS.
Suggestion moving forward for other homes - place towel or covering around corners/frames to ensure they are not scrapped up - I took photos when I discovered this after the gentlemen had left.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit from you guys and by far the worst and the last time!! Past visits were great where I rated you an 8 or higher.
He started by trying to charge us more. He said that our one room counted is two then he didnāt completely clean one of the rooms. There are four spots in particular that I asked to have cleaned and they did not come up. I went behind him with a carpet scrubber and they came right up!!
He didnāt use safety guards around the corners of my home. He connected a bungee cord to my hand rail and attached his hose to itā¦this potentially couldāve ripped the hand rail out of the wall.

In certain cases we use the bungee cord to hold the hose above the floor, preventing any trips from the hose on the stairs while the technician is working. We have a workmanship satisfaction. They came during the time frame and contacted us when they were 20 minutes away. The 2 workers were courteous, wore masks and cleaned our carpets. They look refreshed. They removed many stains, but the ones that other carpet cleaners failed to remove they too had the same results. Overall I'd recommend them to others as their price was the best also.
