Thank you for your feedback. Our cleaning process is based off of fabric. Some material just can not get wet. Some of these spots look like water spots with the darkening and changing of colors overtime. We stand by our 30 day workmanship satisfaction.
Work looked like it was half way done. Not vacuumed & looked like it wasn’t cleaned.

I didn't realize how wet the rug was left. It would have been told prior to cleaning.

The products used were not over powering and had a nice clean scent of freshness. The equipment was only a hose vice heavy equipment. Our service was very professional and booties wear worn, which was excellent with me not having to ask. Zerorez prices are moderate by comparison to other carpet and rug cleaners. Don, the admin rep at the Sterling, VA office is superb. She is down to earth and very nice person to meet.
Going forward, Zerorez is my one-stop shop for all my carpets and rugs.

The team arrived as scheduled, reviewed the scope of work and worked diligently. Most of the upholstery items came out great. I had several chairs with "unknown" spots/streaking and those didn't really come out, but I know that the chairs are clean and sanitized.

I liked the customer service. There was a gentleman that came to clean an area rug and he did not clean up properly afterward, leaving many footprints from the wet that scattered. Basically left the floor dirty through the house.
When I called Zerorez to discuss, I was very happy with the follow up and was told that he was a new employee and that they would use my information to help him in his career.
I’ve always been happy with Zerorez in the past as well.

I called Zerorez four times, now. My carpet is 11 years old and supposed to be light tan. The first time, I needed some furniture, steps and areas that suffered from heavy traffic to look refeshed. Instead, they ended up looking almost new. So, I called again for my annual floor cleaning. As always, now the carpet looks new. They also cleaned my white grout in the bathrooms, sunroom and mudroom and now they also look new. I recommend that if you want affordable, service for your floors, give Zerorez a try. I've met four of their technicians and they were all polite, professional and dutiful. The most recent service was was done by Jarret and I plan to ask for him specifically next year.

We had our carpets cleaned on Tuesday. A couple of rooms in the house were stained extensively due to dog urine and spills from the grandkids. Frankly, I did not think there was any chance of getting a clean carpet again. Ron (the ZeroRez Technician) was excellent. He was able to make the carpet look new again. Thanks, Ron and ZeroRex.

Dawn was able to work with me as a first time customer to reassure me that I would be pleased with your services. Since I was a first time customer, I was extremely nervous about using your services. She called and updated me as well as answer my million and one questions about the cleaning services.
When the cleaning technician - Joshua Young came out to my house, he was on time, respectful, and very polite. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. He wore covered shoes the entire time to ensure that he was not transferring dirt and debris from one room to the next. I am so pleased with the finished product. All the stains and dirt are gone from my carpet and my house smells like a brand new one.
Dawn and Joshua both represented Zerorez so well that I strongly believe that they should both receive a recognition bonus for going "above and beyond" to make me happy.
I will certainly be using Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning needs and will be telling my family and friends.
