The tech was fabulous and so kind. Really enjoyed his banter. There was a yogurt stain on our couch that is still there which was surprising to me given that it has come up with light scrubbing otherwise. Great company, great communication but not blown away by the actual end result of the cleaning.

Not close to arriving on scheduled time - time quoted was "between 2-4 pm"; time arriving was 7:00 pm. I understand the shortage of employees - true in almost every small business now. However, if promised arrival can't be met, give the customer an early enough time adjustment notice to allow an opportunity to reschedule for another day.
Do not schedule cleanings after dark - without natural lighting, many stains cannot be detected. I did voice this concern to Keith and also a female that called from the company. Our carpet was a mess, which I also indicated during my initial call to schedule and probably Louis did the best he could but there are still many stains which are actually smeared in a straight line which indicates the technique lifted the stain but the stain was not totally removed as it could not be seen with sight from artificial lighting.

We have traveled to many homes in the evening taking care of customer's needs. We can not guarantee the stain removal is going to uplift heavier soiled staining that has sat inside the fibers of the carpet for periods of time. We have done our best for your home. We noted a bad new stains in one bedroom., the upstairs space against the walls. The downstairs we very wet it cause runoff and still wet as of posting.
The rest looks good.

Luis is a wonderful,enthusiastic, dedicated team member. Although he had a long work day by the time he arrived at my home, he was so positive & cheerfull & dedicated to doing a great job (which he did). He is a huge asset to the company & deserves to be rewarded.
Dawn was also a huge help in rescheduling the job after it was abruptly cancelled by an unsympathetic person.
I pray that the young man in the car accident makes a full recovery.

Zerorez is every bit as could as they claim and then some . I had a very stubborn stain in my carpet that all the other conventional methods could not remove . My daughter recommended Zerorez and the rest is history as they say . My technician , Luis P. was a true expert and knew exactly what to do to remove the large stain . All the folks at Zerorez are top notch professionals . I plan to use Zerorez from this point forward for all my cleaning needs that their services provide . I highly recommend Zerorez .

First/foremost, Jarrett went above and beyond to take care of us and was exceptionally thorough. He should be commended for his outstanding customer service!
As far as improvement, it seems the cleaning with pet deodorizer did not really extract the extensive problem dog urine locations from my carpet. Will have to try another company in order to achieve a the deep cleaning it needs.

You charged me $200 for stain protectant that does not, in fact, protect from stains.
