Zerorex cleaned my Aunt’s lamb skin rug. They did an outstanding job. Dawn gave me an estimate for the cost to clean the rug. The final price was the same as the estimate. Their customer service is great, too!

Requested a free estimate because I didn't know if heavily soiled carpet could be saved. Louis provided the estimate in a courtesy visit and returned a week later to do the job. Carpets look great! Service was thorough and professional. Carpets do take a number of hours to dry after treatment.

Even worse, Luis hasn’t returned my call or stopped by to see the damage. If he would look at the side of his truck, he would see a large dent/scratch!!

Pricing is a bit high for standard water extraction process, but the customer service and professionalism is really good. Previously charged $2-3 per stair but was charged $5 per stair. There were also some spots where a few stains didn't come out.
