I was charged more than expecting because of a walk in closet and a room counted as two because of the size. Please be more specific when giving estimates

Final pricing is not set until a certified technician has had a chance to look at the project. We try not to blind side our customers with upcharges, but sometimes a room is bigger than what was discussed.
Our carpets look no different than before the technician came. Without even examining our carpets, he said we needed $80 deep clean per area and spot cleaner for $50 per area totaling $529 plus the $250 charge we were quoted. This is a very poor business model that may work on some people but it’s not honest. I listen to WMAL and have been hearing these ads for years. I definitely plan on registering a complaint about your advertising.
We apologize that you were not happy with your service that was provided. Our basic service does very well for regular wear and tear. However once our technicians had an opportunity to access the carpet additional services were required. As always these are just recommendations and ultimately we will do what the homeowner decides. We did however go over different recommendations that may assist with the cleaning process that was refused. Pet urine can crystalize, we recommend a deodorizer to help with any potential fowl smells that can occur during or post cleaning as a result to a bacteria still left on the carpet. Where as these concerns are interrupted as one thing our technicians are required to address not only the odor, staining, etc.. that require additional services.
Zerorez stands behinds the products and workmanship as long as suggested services are not refused voiding our warranty. We would be happy to come back but it would not be under warranty work.
The representative was excellent!! He was customer led and professional in his execution. Demonstrated expertise throughout the project. Would definitely recommend this representative and hire him again.

I’ve been using Zerorez the last couple of years to keep my sofa and area rugs clean. I just had anotHer service done on Tuesday, March 29th and noticed this on one of the cushions. It looks like the upholstery was torn or scrubbed too much. THis was not there before the cleaning. This is a very expensive couch and other than re-upholstering it I don’t know how this can be fixed. I am very disappointed and upset with this. [already sent email to customer service with pic]

There are still a bunch of spots as well as a stain.

We work aggressively in those areas of concern but sometimes those stains just don't come out. We are delighted all of the other cleaning process worked out well. We had to go back over some stains that remained after the cleaning. We were able to remove them with a stain remove and a little "elbow grease"; otherwise the overall cleaning was good.
