I thought it was wonderful that zerorez was able to come out right away. The woman who coordinated the cleaning was wonderful. I was quoted 235.00 over the phone for 3 bedrooms and a sunroom. The tech came out and told me I needed to deep clean and it would be an extra 80.00 per area. We’ve lived here 1 year, no pets, and take our shoes off but he said it wouldn’t get clean if I didn’t do it. I decided on one area. Then he took off 2 rooms that I wanted cleaned. So I was charged 350 and he eliminated 2 areas. Oh, he was in and out in 45 minutes. I’m a Realtor and have referred these guys to several clients. I can’t do that if this is how my clients will be treated.

Too expensive for the small area of our house...he finished in under an hour.
One good comment: no odor. But this may be because he used no soap. I always request fragrance free carpet cleaner which we're sure you must have. I'm very allergic to fragrance, but I still requested citric-based preclean, which I don't think he used.

The process was regular steam cleaning and I thought it was different. I thought the carpets didn't get as wet but they were soaked. Appointment was late and then truck broke down when here. It was a long day waiting and then took even longer.

Your technicians are solid professionals.
I have used ZR several times and never had an issue. This time the carpet was very wet and took over 24 hours to dry. Both the lady on the phone and the Tech that did the cleaning argued with me about how wet the carpet was and how long it took to dry. In times past the carpet was completely dry in a few hours not 24. I will not use ZR again nor will I recommend to others.

What sets Zerorez apart from other companies is the raking of the carpet before cleaning. That makes such a huge difference. Your associate, Ron, was professional, friendly, prompt and informative. We appreciated his honesty about what could be done for some problem spots on out carpet. He did an excellent job. We would highly recommend Ron and Zerorez.

Our technicians always try to go above and beyond for our customers, however they also are mindful to not damage property or hurt their selves.
The carpets were very clean and were not overly saturated. They were completely dry again within 24hours of the cleaning. The 2 gentlemen that have been to my hoe were very professional, thorough and frinedly.
They always call to let you know when they’re coming. They’re always very prompt. Service tech, Will Hobbs was professional, courteous, thorough and friendly.

The cleaner depended on me to find the areas that he missed. There were many of them that I had to clean myself after he left.

Zerorez (Will Hobbs) cleaned three bedrooms and two other rooms on 16 November and our carpets never looked better. He was very friendly, seemed to enjoy his work, explained different options for our carpets depending on high/low traffic conditions, and answered questions with thoughtful and comprehensive replies. Kudos to Will Hobbs for the passion he brought to the job and customer service he embodied. He is a great "ambassador" for the Zerorez company.
