Good communication is very important to us, especially during this move from one house to another. We appreciate when a service keeps in touch with us, and in this age of text, phone, email, etc we expect that they will do so. Zerorez kept us informed of each step in the process, from estimate to date and time, to a phone call when the service person was on the way. Thank you.

What could we do to improve?

You’re intake person recommended a price of 224$. I definitely described accurately the spaces except for rec room. I told her it was large but the tech said it was twice the size of what they estimate…same as hallways. So he came back with a price of 375! Obviously, a considerable difference. I was not happy-felt like “bait and switch “.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was really a bad experience for me- usually we have a great tech whom is very detailed and kind. The tech who came out took way too long in looking at our area- then we were misquoted on "Pet treatment" so, that was ok- but then he quoted me $530 dollars for all the spots- with military discount. I just wanted the gentlemen out my house and did the basic package. Extremely dissapointed.

What could we do to improve?

Technician called due to being unable to find a spot to park which was close to apartment. The technician should have been able to resolve this concern without disturbing the customer.

What do you like about our products and services?

The product was able to remove the stains, from our dog, in our bedroom carpet. Also after cleaning our sectional sofa it now looks like new.
I would definitely recommend them to our friends.
The gentleman that came to perform the services was extremely professional and customer service oriented. He explained the procedures prior to undertaking them and answered any question we had. .

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Was quoted $270 on the phone and after the cleaning was done the price jumped to over $350 with no explanation of products used and how that could have made such a difference in overall price. A reimbursement of the difference between the initial and end price would be sufficient enough to make things right.

Before it dried the carpet looked get. I know all stains may not come out but the carpet looks just as bad as it did before it was cleaned.

The carpet was wet for almost 36 hours. The tech who did it came back after about 30 hours and told me it was too wet. He should have addressed that when he was here. Also he damaged a wall with his hose and pipe as well as scratch some flooring and his supervisor told me someone would come and fix it. This was august 6 and I've not heard from anyone

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We have been a die hard fan of Zerorez and this is the first time we have been disappointed. Our technician was polite and professional, but if this is redone we would like not to have the same person.The tile cleaning was unsatisfactory to say the least. The grout was not cleaned but the sealing is spread all over. There was a residue left on the tile which is now being tracked throughout the clean carpet. There were two small stains in separate rooms which were totally left untreated. The three area rugs were attempted to be cleaned and are still visibly dirty. This should not be the case since all three were cleaned and treated before we moved and before they were rolled up. Our house needs to be cleaned again.
