We were very pleased with the products and the carpets looked great. The tile in the kitchen and bathroom also look great. Ron was very efficient , polite, and great to work with.

The technician was very polite and hard working and showed up right on time. He did a great job on our stained carpet. I thought the over-all cleaning was very good.

Joshua did an outstanding job on my white bedroom carpet. I was sure it was ruined but he made it look new again. He came during the planned time, was polite and efficient. I will definitely use Zerorez again, and hope to get the same technician!
This service I have found to be very reliable. Professional. Always makes me aware of specials. All of the service technicians we have had have been very thorough. Mr. Joshua was very considerate in calling before he arrived to alert me of a time of arrival which was prompt. as we prepare before the holidays we must also follow up after the holidays as well. Our carpets have been restored to 100% after this service each and every time. We coudn't think of using anyone else. Also for our furniture as well. Thank You for such a good job.

How clean the rooms smelled afterwards and how well the tech cleaned our steps.
Little things make the difference, like wall protectors on the corner of a stairwell so the hose doesn't rub your walls. Also, it would be nice if the technician would wear booties to cover his/her shoes when they are stepping on the freshly cleaned carpet.

I liked how the technician explained everything he was doing. He was prompt and completed the work so fast I was amazed, I purposely waited 2 days to see if the cleaning held up in the high traffic areas.. They did and my carpet actually looks brand new. So I WILL use Zerorez again and recommend it to friends.
First name removed
The hose burst and black dirty water splattered everywhere. On the hardwood floors, the stair railings, and my freshly painted walls. The technician didn’t clean any of it.
He had to leave for 30+ mins to repair the hose and then returned.
The hose was pulled around corners and between floors which scratched up my walls and scraped a corner down to the wood. Totally unacceptable!!!!
The last person that cleaned the carpet did the best job we have had yet. He did up sell the job but it was worth the extra cost since it worked so well.
The employee who came the second time around was absolutely incredible. He was the supervisor and did an exceptional job. I will only have him back to clean!
While the technician was thorough and did a nice job, the Zerorez rescheduled from the morning to the afternoon without notifying me. In fact had I not called the day of I wouldn’t have known they rescheduled at all.

We’ve hired Zerorez multiple times to clean our sofa and chair upholstery. The techs have always been very courteous and knowledgeable, and we’re always pleased with the results.
Honest expectations right up front. Undersold and overdelivered! Everyone was generally polite and respectful. My carpets look amazing and I can’t wait to have them back for my upstairs rugs. I too am a business owner and have recommended them to 5 people already who I know will use Zerorez services.
Side note: Luis is a doll with a great story and I appreciate him sharing it with us.
Fast, efficient and a job well done
I don't notice a major ($200+) difference in how clean my carpets look and smell. The "high traffic treatment" waiver that the gentleman had me sign - it was not made clear that signing that waived the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

The price was higher than I expected in the end. Your rep said that my carpets wouldn't be clean without the add-ons, but I contacted you because of the price.

As always, I am pleased with the services Zerorez offered. I was able to meet the owner who personally came and inspected our commercial job. The ladies at the office were so patient with us in rescheduling due to logistics. The finished result was amazing! No need to look any further; this is the carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning company that will get the job done!
