I had my sectional sofa cleaned - which looked fine. However, there was a gigantic wet area on my carpet near the sofa. I had to take apart the sofa, roll up the rug, run dehumidifiers and fans for about 48 hours to get the area dry. Now my rug does not lay well.

The technician, Ron, was very good. He was punctual and neat. He was very knowledgeable about the process. What was frustrating was understanding the pricing. I understand what I was quoted over the phone was an estimate; however, when I stated "oversized room," he explained to me that due to the size, it was actually 3 rooms. Of course, this affected the price. I think adding dimensions to your descriptions would be helpful in the future. Thank you.

We hired Zerorez to complete a fairly large job in our home prior to it going on the market later in the same day of our scheduled service appointment. Our technician, Ron, was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough and worked very hard to remove weeks old stains in our upstairs bedrooms and basement area. Ron was very easy to work with and really took his craft seriously. We recommended Ron from Zerorez for other jobs in the area and are confident our friends and family will not be disappointed.

Zerorez left my floors cleaned with a light fresh scent. However, the tiles had a residue that I easily damp mopped away.

Will, my service tech was friendly and communicated when he would arrive. He was pleasant and informative. After the carpet dried, I called and asked that he would come out again to try to remove some spots that were left still. He came back and did a great job. No more spots!
