The job was well done, the technician was on time and friendly. The carpets look clean. I suggest though that you provide protective covers for the area the hose from the truck touches. The hose was not clean and it needed to be dragged through my house over brand new carpeting on my lower level. Luckily I thought of this and bought some tarps beforehand and had them in place when the technician arrived. My husband and I are pleased with a job well done and very quickly.
Rasheed was a prompt, polite and conscientious representative. It was a pleasure meeting him and, as far as I can tell, his work is very good.

I was very interested in the wood floor cleaning and polishing. Unfortunately, the scheduler didn't tell me that everything (including furniture) has to be moved off the wood floor to polish the entire floor at once and that it can't be walked on for 8 hours. Had I known the process for the wood floor, I would have prepared for it or known right away I couldn't get it done.
The 2 men representing the company did a thorough job very efficiently and requested review to be sure it was done to my satisfaction. I hired your company for the promise of green products used as my allergy to fragrances in recent years has become a challenge and I have a desire to be positive in choosing companies understanding the need to preserve and care for the environment.
Person who came was very nice and professional. Really liked him and his work. However, there was a rocking chair upstairs in the main bedroom. He skipped putting something under the chair I have four nickel size rust stains in the middle of the room. I hope you guys can fix this.

I have used Zerorez for five years in a three different states. I know I can always depend on consistently leaving my carpets like new. I love that there is no residue or strong orders left behind. I have tried other competitors but Zerorez always outshines in there work. The proof is in the carpet.
Carpets look great!
It was not made clear that furniture is not moved, but there is an option to pay an extra fee to do so. I would have paid, given the choice. When you young man finished, I discovered the carpet, especially on the stairs, was so wet water literally squished between my toes. To his credit, the technician was kind when asked to suction the carpets again even though his equipment was put away. The second pass was better but some areas were still so wet that towels were needed to absorb extra water. Additionally, all baseboards were wet with water running down them into the carpet. Same was true of the hardwood on either side of the stair runner. I was required to wipe all baseboards and the exposed stair treads and risers to avoid water damage.
Several spots remained, which I was easily able to remove using Spot Shot.
I called your company because there was a positive recommendation on Nextdoor. Such a disappointment.
The only reason I did not use my go to company, Absolute Carpet Care, is that they could not schedule an appointment when I needed one. Lesson learned. With them, furniture is moved, stains disappear and the carpet does not squish when they are done.
