Pros - Technician arrived early, was friendly and completed the work quickly. Cons - Technician did not remain masked while in our home, wood floors leading to/from stairs were left wet and stained with foot prints. Most disappointing, requested quote for cleaning wood floors. Technician took measurements, but did not follow-up by sending us the requested quote. Also, Scotch-guard protection was not mentioned during telephone consultation and ended up doubling the price. Still got it, though the added cost could have been mentioned during initial telephone consultation when appointment was scheduled. Carpets were cleaned well and will try again, though cannot highly recommend.

I gave a cleaning to my parents and they live the results!!!!!!

I was very pleased with Zerorez in Sterling. Crystal was so easy to work with. She was friendly and professional. I'd like to give a special shout out to Joshua Young, the technician, who did the work. Since this was my first time using Zerorez, he assured me I would be pleased with the outcome. I so appreciated his good manners so rarely seen these days. He's an asset to your company. A true professional!

Spots appeared on my carpet and steps not originally there. My carpets look dirtier than before. After 24 hours they were still wet. Another technician came out to fix but when the carpets dried it was back to looking dirty with same spots as before. I’ve never had this problem in the past but the carpets were also a lot drier. I’ve given up and spent the day with my own carpet cleaner to fix what I could. Just super disappointed - we’ve had great experience in the past. Just felt rushed these past 2 times and left a bigger mess.

Coomunification when u are late

Great communication and prompt service! Great job on stairs landing stain! Two plastic bumpers were off the sectional - possibly due to pushing unit on floor. One interior side of sectional was completely missed - possibly due to debris? I would have vacuumed that had I noticed or had technician mentioned it. Overall stellar service & terrific/timely/courteous/respectful communication!

Clean under small furniture. It is understandable that large pieces of furniture may be too difficult for one person.

YOU STAND BY YOUR WORK AND I LOVE THAT

Most of my floors look AMAZING! I am please with how well the process worked. The technician was there a long time and you can tell that they must have been tired or rushing to complete the job. The hall and kitchen areas along the baseboards had some areas that were not done. Given the rest of the floor looks great, the undone areas along the baseboards in the main hall when you enter the door is very visible.

William Hobbs did a great job. Carpets are clean and smell fresh.

Tech was very professional, if not terribly experienced. Also noticed that grass has been killed in areas where the hose was laying. However, they returned a call immediately and fixed an issue with too much water left in the carpet the same day.

I am disappointed with the stiff nature of the rug fibers once the rugs dry. The spot removal this time was less than expectedI i had to have the rugs redone last year for the same reason. I also found your ad-on prices for chairs and spots way out of line. Two of the chairs still have staining showing. I would like the rugs washed without the chemical left in the fibers and more effort put into removing spots. I've done much better in the past with my old Bissel canister machine although it takes more time. The technician said the spots wouldn't come out any better, but I have been able to get them out with a little more elbow grease. I doubt I will use your effort again. It is too superficial. We are moving into a townhouse where the previous renter had regular carpet cleaning done after moving out. There were so many marks still left on the carpet and zerorez totally got rid of those! Thanks!
