You doubled the price of the estimate. Got the feeling that I’d been scammed.

There is a small tear in the arm of my very expensive sofa that wasn’t there before this service.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First- the tech showed up and the first thing he had to do was use the bathroom.
Second- the carpet is new (within the last 4 years) but now has veins in it after it dried. It looks horrible.
Third- I believe for the amount of money we paid there should have been a lot more sq covered. I believe there could have been a lot more done with paying over $500.

Your service agent was provided a daunting task of cleaning what we thought was an uncleanable carpet. He suggested a resolution that would reasonably address our concerns. Although it was expensive, it worked well and we were happy with the results.

What do you like about our products and services?

Main thing I like about your product is it really does not leave a residue. I have expensive Carpeting and it looks wonderful when you leave. My carpet fibers stand up as close to new as could be expected.

I have a couple shag rugs that I take to Zerorez yearly. I’m always happy with the results. It’s like having a new rug in my family room!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Once tech determined my husband couldn't be upsold, the tech basically sprayed carpet and sucked it up and left. 35 minutes tops for 3 larger rooms. House smelled like wet dirty carpet.
I had to spend the rest of the afternoon myself with my household steam cleaner getting the carpet clean and then getting rid of the smell. My household cleaner got the carpet clean. My hubby wasn't trying to something nice for me but instead i still ended up doing all the work.
