Our technician was phenomenal! He called when he was on his way, showed up promptly, was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect. At every point of the process I had very clear expectations for my service and the final outcome of my carpets. The technician was also very savvy; I had removed my daughters crib mattress (which is dropped to the floor) and forgot to tell him to not clean under the crib so I could put it back together for her that evening. To my amazement and gratitude I found that he had done just that and she was able to sleep in her room that evening! Phew!
After a black light review of our rooms we opted for the pet enzyme treatment which smelled amazing.
Overall, highly recommend and will refer with confidence.

In a home where no one is currently living, a standard vacuum collected nastiness days after Zerorez's technicians left. This was after the appointment was booked with up sells included in the appointment notes rather than the basic clean and deodorizing I had asked for. Zerorez "fixed" the order while the tech was out there so I could pay the originally intended service cost of $258. It seems like the quality of service to my home was minimized to keep company costs as low as the price they settled with charging me. The service was not worth even that especially with the wet dog smell left behind and the mess I have photographed in our vacuum. I truly wish the service had been all that was originally promised...deodorizing guaranteed because I was looking forward to finding a trustworthy company to continue servicing our new home.

I should have known that your “5 Room Special”for $273 was the classic bait and switch. First thing I was told was that the package didn’t include Stairs and that would be another $60. Makes sense, why would it?, not many 2 story homes have stairs. Then I was informed that the soiled high traffic area in the family room would need special treatment and that would be another $80. Makes sense that the Special would only include areas of the carpet that are not walked on a lot. So instead of paying around $295 I end up paying $435, 47% more than the Special. It took less than ten minutes to do the stairs and the soiled area looks only slightly better. Don’t really see the value for the extra $140. The house had no furniture to move, so the entire job took around an hour. On the positive side, your technician arrived early and was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thus the tip.
I’ll let you decide what you want to do to make things right.

The people at Zerorez were very willing to make price adjustments to try to get me the best "deal". However, the cleaning was very substandard. The carpet looked the same after the cleaning as before. Before starting, the tech told me that he thought he could make the carpets look good, but after the first room showed no improvement, he just kept going, "cleaning" three more rooms and a hall. I came to have a look, and immediately stopped him, but, of course, I still had to pay for the work he had completed. The carpets were also left quite wet, and took days to dry. After paying for a cleaning, I ended up replacing the carpets that were cleaned by Zerorez, so I got zero value for the money I paid to Zerorez. In addition, I used my Bissell to clean the carpets that weren't cleaned by Zerorez, and the Bissell left things much cleaner and dryer than the Zerorez clean. This is probably because I was willing to take the time to go over the carpet until it was clean. A discounted price can never make a poor job into a good deal.
