I like that Zerorez doesn’t use harsh chemicals, but the floors look completely different after cleaning. A surprising amount of stains and dirt come out of hardwood and tile grout.

Prompt and professional response. We used Zerorez for our kitchen granite countertops that were installed over seven years ago and had not been sealed since. They restored the counters almost to their original condition within a very short time frame and at a very agreeable price.

I was not that impressed with the quality of the cleaning. Then was told that extra stains would cost $50.00 per treatment per stain for a special solution which may or may not work. The customer service was great and the gentleman that cleaned was very nice and professional. Just wasn’t happy with the cleaning itself.

The carpet still smells. No of the furniture was moved. A stain was not addressed.

I like the idea that Zerorez uses low sudsing solutions with non-toxic solutions and little chemicals. Their cleaning system is very effective. “Ron,” who cleaned our carpets, was very courteous and attentive to our needs and did a great job. Our old and dirty carpeting looks great! Very satisfied!

I was called and informed that one of my rugs was ruined by Zerorez. Then Zerorez gave me a choice: look into repairing the rug or come to a settlement on the value. I chose the latter and then re-arranged my home accordingly to not need the rug...THEN Zerorez changed their mind and their story...and now won't honor the choice I made that they presented to me.
