You had my rug twice and it looks worse than it did when you took it the first time. It was still dirty when I sent it back & when you brought it back right before Thanksgiving (and after I went through major surgery) it was worse. In my recovery I never got around to calling & asking for a refund so I can pay someone else to get it clean. I still wonder if it’s too late for that; it probably is. After a few years of excellent service, I’ll have to look elsewhere.

Zerorez scheduled us quickly and worked with our schedule. The technician was wonderful to work with and we would definitely have him return to clean our carpets again.
My upholstery was cleaned. I paid more than what I was quoted online. My floors were left dirty from the cleaning and my furniture still had food stains that I could easily see and clean myself. I feel like I was ripped off. I want my money back.
Your cost for room carpet cleaning is reasonable. The website makes it seem like area rug cleaning is inexpensive. When the tech came and quoted 4$ per square foot, I was disappointed.

Additionally, our records indicate that the arrival window promised to you was between 3:30 and 6:00 pm, which was met by our technician's 5:00 pm arrival. Better prices
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to provide our services to you and for providing your feedback. Zerorez provides a premium service and utilizes premium non-toxic and environmentally safe products. We also use state-of-the-art equipment. In addition, our experience tells us that our pricing is competitive within the marketplace.
Because some of the spots resurfaced we had to have Zerorez return and they did so quickly. He seemed to do a great job. The only negative thing is the 12 hour drying period of the carpets!

Fast service thorough cleaning
They did my home carpets which where 15 plus years old and did great job, very pleased . My oldest son came with his kids saw how great they looked and wanted his done. So we scheduled them to do my sons and now his carpets look new.

Luis is definitely an experienced professional, knowledgeable and efficient I would recommend to ANY individual or Corporate anytime for an excellent service (I wish I could say perfect but there is no perfection on earth although ZeroRez is close. With their 30 days guarantee, Luis was able to clean my carpet and almost get back to the state it was BEFORE the reckless and negligent stained it. Luis is knowledgeable because he asked the right questions -even though I got impatient and I was wrong -to select the right product to remove those stains. Furthermore my carpet, particularly on the stair steps, kept the same shape meaning NO bumps/ugly winkles. He did his best to correct existing winkles from prior cleaning. Last but not least, Luis is efficient AND effective planner. All in all, thanks to ZeroRez team like Ron with a great coordination by Melinda, I can say HOME SWEET HOME and do my Yoga on a carpet that is now clean. You SHOULD try and won't regret it. Give the full price when booking a cleaning. There was a $100 additional fee when the technician showed up to do the work. Person making appointments should be aware of all additional costs. Actual technician was great. He was professional, even asked if pets would be ok with door open for hose. We were cleaning the carpet due to a sewer back up, he went a little further then bedroom to make sure he got it all. I would use your company again but would really like an accurate price quote.
Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the service. They offered same day service, were there on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Luis far exceeded our expectations and was a delight to work with. We are so grateful for the miracles he worked. I would use this company again anytime and would highly recommend.
The two men who came to work (Will and Josh) were friendly and very efficient. They answered all our questions, and explained how they would be doing the work.
