What could we do to improve?

Mostly a good job. Tech was terrific. However, the smaller angular attachment was not used on the final third of the job and small streaks of dirt still remain.

Probably too small for zerorez to care about. Enjoy the $395 dollars.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had originally asked for 3 rooms to be cleaned and was told that I would get a extra one for free then added an additional room as well. I asked if I could add an area in the basement (450sf) and the stairs and they said yes. The shock was when the total came to just shy of $600.00 when the original estimate was around $320.00. I completely understand that I requested more to be cleaned but was not expecting the price to almost double. That on top of the fact that the techs finished in just over an hour, when my first cleaning was less space and the tech took almost three hours and had much less square footage to clean, does not make me feel that I received the same level of cleaning this time around. I was also not happy that this time was a traditional steam cleaning but was not told until they arrived.

I used to have a carpet cleaning company years ago, so I appreciate the fact that Zerorez process does not leave a residue on the carpet.

Technician called prior to arrival, was on time, introduced himself, professional/polite, reviewed the areas to be cleaned prior and if additional treatment was recommended he explained the reasons.

Will was great, but it's 30+ hours later with the heat on and beautiful weather but the carpets are still damp.

And, the two spots we felt out 1 year old carpet needed 'stains' removed, were unresolved. They looks the same.

I'm not satisfied at all.

All stains and marks on carpeting was removed, no residue or smells left behind. Technician was thorough, polite, wore a mask and shoe coverings, with a pleasant personality.

Pricing went up and didn't do as good / thorough job as previously. Missed edges and could have used brush on corners, edges around small spaces.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After talking with my tenant at the condo, I learned the technician was somewhat rude, and tried to upsell her saying that the carpets wouldn't be clean if she didn't purchase more. This is not acceptable and not at all my experience with ZeroRez from the Stafford office. Apparently in the merger of offices, the new management wants to apply pressure to customers. I will never use ZeroRez again and find a local carpet guy doing cleaning. As ZeroRez customer for several years, insisting in the Lease that the tenants use only ZeroRez upon vacating, I've never had such a terrible experience as my tenant related to me this last time. I'm disgusted with and so was my tenant saying she would never use ZeroRez.

I heard about Zerorez on the radio with advertisements. It wasn't until I saw the van parked in my neighbors driveway, that I gave Zerorez a call. Mr. Will Hobbs showed up to my place on time and was very professional. Will made recommendations about options, like doing the stairs. I had to leave for an appointment and when I returned I was shocked. The cleanliness and freshness was phenomenal! My only regret is that I did not take before and after photos. Mr. Hobbs did an outstanding job and I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Zerorez never disappoints! Always fantastic service and works with me to ensure I am selecting the best cleaning options. I had my love seat cleaned after an unfortunate animal accident and it is back to perfect! I will be scheduling my couch and ottomans for cleaning next. I feel safe with their cleaning techniques and know that my family and animals will not be exposed to harsh chemicals. There are still some black "tar: spots on one piece of carpeting. Workman could not get off. I tried later but could not get them off. Rest of carpeting looks good.

Workman was courteous and pretty efficient.
