John and Ron explained everything before hand so I knew what to expect. They were very professional.
My wife has had nasal irritation and allergic reactions to many carpet cleaning products from other companies. Once we used ZEROREZ some years ago we have never gone back to any other companies and have had at least ten cleanings over the years, dealing with pet and other sanitary problems, and the result has always been quite dramatic (in a very good sense).
The technicians seem to be in a hurry and missed several spots. After they sprayed the Teflon on the area rug the perimeter outside the rug was full of this liquid but they did not clean it up. I had to ask them to do that and again they did it in a great hurry so I had to go back and finish it up. I was also disappointed that this company does not move any large furniture and since I have never had rugs professionally cleaned before I thought this was standard and then learned that is not at all the case. Before they arrived I had negotiated that they at least remove the couch which they did but that was it. And I was left with the problem of putting it all back together again. I paid a lot of money for this job. The rugs did turn out nicely except for the missed spots.

I have a stain/spot that is still present after the carpet cleaning

Not mention of an up charge for pretreatment, which is a standard at other cleaners used previously. Total bill was twice what was quoted. Most likely won’t use again.
It was a pleasure speaking over the phone with you earlier today. We apologize it was not better explained to you by our technician that the standard pretreatment that comes free with each cleaning would not have been affective for carpets. When you opted for the upgraded high soil filtration pretreatment the technician should have better explained that it is different that the standard pretreatment. We appreciate the time you took to give us your feedback, and are using it to improve and make sure these misunderstandings don't happen again. Thank You.

I like the communication from customer service that I received. I like that the technician was prompt. Answers were provided on the spot and if he did not know the answer, he contacted someone who could provide the answer.

I was quoted $340, but told it would be $840 when the cleaners got here. Technician didn't wear a mask most of the time. Most carpets came out well, but a couple didn't.
We want to apologize the technician was not wearing his mask for the entire service. This is not our policy and management has addressed, and corrected this for all future service. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Originally you were quoted for wall to wall carpet. When we got there it turned out to by natural and synthetic fiber area rugs, which we have a different price structure for, and apologize for this miscommunication, and are working to improve this. We thank you again for your feedback and appreciate the time you put to let us know about your experience.

We were very pleased with the service and work done. Workers arrived on time. Were courteous and respectful wearing masks. Work was done in time estimated. They cleaned up any water that was on the floor. Told us when the furniture would be dry again. Their estimate was spot on and our furniture looks wonderful. Thanks ZeroRez.
On time and friendly but there were a lot of small spots left on the carpet that I had to reclean myself

Showed up on time did good job

There are still some black "tar: spots on one piece of carpeting. Workman could not get off. I tried later but could not get them off. Rest of carpeting looks good.
Workman was courteous and pretty efficient.
