Making the appointment was easy. The person I spoke with assisted me with questions and helped us stay within our budget. The tech was on time and courteous.

The carpets turned out nice and clean. They did not need a water source. The lead technician was informative. He warned me the general cleaning process may not get all of the stains out, but all of the stains were removed. Scheduling the appointment was a "snap." I sent a text message through the Zerorez website and I had an appointment and an estimate within minutes. I am very pleased. Only negative: the carpets on the steps remained wet longer than expected after being cleaned. I give Zerorez 4.75 stars.
I was very pleased with the service Zerorez provided. The two men that came to my home to clean my carpets were very professional and respectful. The over all job was very good, but there was a few spots that I thought should have been cleaner, and when I let them know my concerns they came back to address those few spots and when Lois was finished they looked great. I am very happy with how my carpets look and how quickly thy responded to my concerns. I will have Zerorez clean my carpets from now on. I will advise anyone who wants a job well done and clean carpets, you can’t do better with any other company.

We are repeat customers for Zerorez. We were told this time around that the original quote we were given would actually be $100 more than what we thought. We were told we had scotchgard on our carpet and it would have to be treated for each separate stain. We were forced to pay a $39.99 cancellation fee that we were also unaware of. We love Zerorez but we were disappointed this time around!

The technician was nice but he didn’t wear his mask while cleaning the rug in my house. The pricing wasn’t right, but I told him what the quote was over the phone and he adjusted.

We had our upstairs and basement carpeting cleaned on September 30. We also had the protectant applied to our stairs and and upstairs hallway. The technician Will, did a great job for us. Came as scheduled, performed the services , cleaned up all in a little over one hour.
Our carpeting looks great and we are very pleased with the work. We will definitely use Zerorez again if needed.
